摘  要:目的应用Meta分析对IL-12β rs3212227位点基因多态性与银屑病的相关性研究进行综合评价。方法利用Medline、Embase、中国知网、万方、维普等电子文献数据库检索相关文献。应用哈迪-温伯格平衡对入选文献进行遗传平衡性检验。根据异质性检验结果选择固定效应模型或随机效应模型计算合并效应值。效应指标选用OR值及其95%CI。应用Begg’s检验和Egger’s检验对发表偏倚进行定量评估。Meta分析应用ReviewManger5.2和Stata11.0软件。结果 IL-12βrs3212227位点基因多态性与银屑病的相关性在CVSA、CC+ACvsAA、CCvsAC+AA、CCVSAA和ACvsAA等5种遗传模型比较的Meta分析结果均有P=0.000。结论IL-12βrs3212227位点基因多态性与银屑病之间可能存在很强的相关性,该位点的C等位基因能够降低银屑病易感性的发生,即在银屑病的发生发展过程中起保护作用。A meta-analysis was applied to evaluate the associations between IL-12β rs3212227 loci gene polymorphism and psoriasis. Methods All data and related information were collected using Electronic Literature Database like Medline, Embase, Chinese CNKI, and ect. Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium ( HWE ) was employed to confirm genetic equilibrium among the genotypes of the selected literature. According to the data analysis for heterogeneity, either fixed effect model or random effect model were determined to be used to compute the combined effect size. Odds ratios (ORs) with 95% confidence intervals (Cls) were calculated to assess the effect value. Publication bias was quantified and examined with the Begg' s test and Egger' s test. The meta-analysis was performed with Review Manager 5.2 and Stata 11.0. Results Meta-analysis showed that the association between IL-12β rs 3212227 gene pol- ymorphisms and psoriasis were statistically significant under five genetic models ( C vs A, CC + AC vs AA, CC vs AC + AA, CC vs AA and AC vs AA) , with all of the P-values were 0. 000. Conclusion There may be a strong relevance between IL-12β rs 3212227 loci gene polymorphism and psoriasis. The C allele of this locus may reduce the incidence of psoriasis, and it may have a protective effect on the pathogenesis and development of psoriasis.
