摘  要:当今时代是以半导体产业为基础和支柱的时代,微电子技术的迅速发展和应用已深入到人类生产和生活的方方面面。随着用电设备的体积越来越小,它的安全性、可靠性和电磁兼容性令人特别担忧,人为产生的电磁与日俱增,由此而产生的电磁干扰日趋严重。因此,造成了所谓的电磁环境污染。为了降低这些电磁环境污染,该文分别从电磁干扰产生机理和电磁兼容设计两方面进行了详细阐述。并且,结合本人实际的研究情况,总结出高频电路中常用元器件的特性和PCB布线规则,为今后工程设计人员提供设计依据。The epoch is age that mainly based on semiconductor industry, and microelectronic technology had penetrated into every facet of people's life and production. Security, reliability and electromagnetic compatibility will upset us because electronic devices are more and more small, electromagnetism generated by people will be increased rapidly every day so that electromagnetic interference tend to be more serious. Therefore, electromagnetic environment pollution called will be generated. In order to reduce this electromagnetic environment pollution, the paper expatiated from the principal of generating electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic compatibility. and combining my real study, the feature of electronic components, route rules of PCB will be presented and design foundation will be provided in the paper for engineers in future.
