摘　　要：目的:现察肝素钙超声雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘息的疗效。方法:100例喘息性支气管炎或哮喘患儿随机分为两组,各50例。对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在常规基础上辅以肝素钙超声雾化吸入治疗。结果:治疗组疗效好于对照组(显效:32例对20例,好转14例对22例,无效:4例对8例)(P＜0．05)。结论:肝素钙超声雾化吸入是治疗婴幼儿喘息的有效疗法。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effectiveness of ultrasonic nebulized Return injection inspiration in treating pe-diatric asthma. Methods: 100 asthmatiform bronchitis or asthma children were randomly divided into two groups, each 50 cases. The control group was treated routinely, and the treated group underwent ultrasonic nebulized Return injection inspiration while routine therapy. Result: The therapeutic effectiveness in the treated group was better than the control group, (effective: 32 cases vs 20 cases, improved: 14 cases vs 22 cases, ineffective: 4 case vs 8 cases) (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Ultrasonic nebulized Return injection is an effective therapy in treating pediatric asthma.
