摘  要:气力输送因其具有输送效率高、结构简单、操作方便、污染程度低等特性广泛应用于工业散装物料的输送。气力输送系统的节能研究已经成为一个新课题。对气力输送系统特点进行描述、比较不同连续输送机械的输送特性,并从气力输送机管道材料选用方面对输送能耗的影响进行了分析,为气力输送设计中管材的选择提供参考。Delivery of pneumatic conveying of bulk materials is widely used in industry, it has the characteristics of high transmis-sion efficiency, simple structure, convenient operation, low pollution degree. Study on energy saving of pneumatic system, pneu-matic conveying system of gas has become a new topic. Based on the characteristics of pneumatic conveying systems are de-scribed, comparing different continuous conveying characteristics of transportation machinery, and from the pneumatic conveyer pipeline material selection has carried on the analysis to the influence of the transportation energy consumption, provide a refer-ence for the pneumatic conveying pipe material selection.
