参附注射液对髋关节置换术患者足甲襞微循环及凝血指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究参附注射液对髋关节置换术患者足甲襞微循环及凝血指标的影响。方法:选取本院进行髋关节置换术治疗的76例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规干预组)和观察组(参附注射液组),每组各38例,然后将两组术前及术后0.5h、1d及3d的足甲襞微循环及凝血相关指标进行统计与比较。结果:观察组术后0.5h、1d及3d的足甲襞微循环积分均低于对照组,血小板活化指标低于对照组,凝血系统指标也优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液对髋关节置换术患者足甲襞微循环及凝血指标的影响较大,有助于患者术后微循环的改善及血栓的预防。Objective： To analyze the influence of Shenfu injection on foot nailfold microcirculation and coagulation indexes of patients with hip replacement. Methods：A total of 76 patients underwent hip re- placement in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（conventional intervention group）and study group （Shenfu injection group）with 38 eases in each group. Then the foot nailfold microcirculation and coagulation indexes of two groups before undergoing the operation and 0.5 h, 1 day and 3 days after undergoing the operation were analyzed and compared. Results：The foot nailfold microcirculation integral of observation group 0.5 h, 1 day and 3 days after undergoing the operation were all lower than those of control group, platelet activation indexes were all lower than those of control group too, and the coagulation system indexes were better than those of control group. （P all〈0.05）. Conclusion. Shenfu injection has great influence on the foot nailfold microcirculation and coagulation indexes in patients undergoing hip re- placement,and it is helpful for the improvement of microeirculation and prevention of thrombus.
