摘　　要：目的：研究妊娠期高血压疾病患者甲襞微循环及血清Apelin、一氧化氮（NO）、UⅡ、胱抑素-C（Cys—c）的变化。方法：选取2012年1月～2013年12月本院收治的58例妊娠期高血压疾病患者为观察组，同期的58例健康孕妇为对照组，比较两组及轻度、中度及重度妊娠期高血压疾病患者甲襞微循环和血清Apelin、NO、UⅡ、Cys-C水平。结果：观察组的甲襞微循环积分及其他检测指标均差于对照组，血清Apelin、UⅡ及Cys-C均高于对照组，而血清NO则低于对照组，同时轻度、中度及重度妊娠期高血压疾病患者各指标的水平差异亦有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：妊娠期高血压疾病患者甲襞微循环及血清Apelin、NO、UⅡ、Cys-c的变化较大，且轻度、中度与重度患者间也存在明显差异，可作为监测患者疾病状态的重要指标。Objective： To investigate the change state of nailfold microcirculation and serum Ape- lin, NO, UⅡ , Cys-c of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods. A total of 58 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in our hospital admitted from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the observation group,58 healthy pregnant women at the same period as the control group. Nailfold microcirculation and serum Apelin, NO, U Ⅱ , Cys-c levels of two groups were detected and compared. Nailfold microcirculation and serum Apelin, NO, U Ⅱ , Cys-c of patients with mild, moderate and severe disease were compared, too. Results：The nailfold microcirculation integral and other detection indexes of observation group were all significantly worse than those of control group. Ser- um Apelin, UⅡ and Cys-c were all significantly higher than those of control group, while the serum NOwas significantly lower than that of control group. And there were significant differences in these indexes among patients with mild, moderate and severe disease （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The change of nailfold mi- crocirculation and serum Apelin, NO, U Ⅱ, Cys-c of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy are great. And there are significant differences in these indexes among patients with mild, mod- erate and severe disease, so they can be used as important indexes in monitoring the disease status of pa- tients.
