2010—2012年徐州市输入性恶性疟流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的分析徐州市境外输入性恶性疟疫情,提出现阶段可行的预防和控制措施。方法对徐州市网络直报的恶性疟疫情和流行病学资料进行分析。结果徐州市2010—2012年发生输入性恶性疟共40例,分别为12、11、17例。病例均为男性,全年均有发病,发病分布在出国务工人员较多的县区,病例主要是出国劳务人员。40例恶性疟均为境外感染,临床表现为高热,发热时间不规则,部分患者有胃肠道症状;37例患者血片镜检疟原虫阳性。结论徐州市输入性恶性疟有增多趋势,应加强重点地区劳务输出归国人员的疟疾防治管理工作。Objective To propose feasible precautions and control measures at the present stage, against foreign imported falciparum malaria epidemic in Xuzhou City. Methods The data of network report falcipamm malaria cases and epidemiological information were analyzed statistically. Results There were 40 cases of imported falcipamm malaria from 2010 to 2012, in which, 12 cases in 2010, 11 cases in 2011, and 17 cases in 2012. All the cases were male, and the attacks were throughout the year. The main cases were return labors from abroad. All the cases of falciparnm malaria were infected abroad. The clinical manifestations were high fever, irregular fever, gastrointestinal symptoms in .some patients, and son on. Totally 37 cases were positive of plasmodium blood film microscopy. Conclusions There is a growing trend of imported falciparum malaria. Malaria prevention and management should be strengthened in personnel returning from abroad especially in key areas.
