摘 要:pH值是影响剩余污泥暗发酵产氢的重要因素,为了寻求暗发酵产氢的最佳pH条件,试验研究了中温(37±2)℃条件下不同pH值(4~11)对剩余污泥暗发酵产氢的影响。结果表明,当pH=10时剩余污泥的H2产量最大,发酵132h时累积H2产量为21.1mL/gVSS。剩余污泥暗发酵水解、酸化和产甲烷阶段的试验分析表明:pH=10时H2产量最大的主要原因是pH=10的条件促进了污泥的水解和产酸,却抑制了产甲烷菌的活性,因此H2的产量显著增加。This paper related to production of hydrogen derived from dark fermentation of surplus sludge of wastewater treatment works, focusing on the effect of pH level on H2 production. It was found that when the dark fermentation was under mesophilic condition (37±2)℃, the biggest H2 production was obtained at pH10 and the cumulative H2 yield reached 21.1 mL/gVSS after the fermentation of 132 h. The results of analyses conducted with respect to hydrolysis and acidification of surplus sludge as well as methane generation revealed that it was at pH10 that hydrolysis and acidification processes were promoted while the activity of methanogen was inhibited, thus resulting in the remarkable growth of H2 production.
