摘　　要：随着CNGI(中国下一代互联网示范工程)的正式建成,标志着我国IPv6网络的建设进入了实质性阶段。介绍南京医科大学IPv6校园网络建设的整个过程,包括网络架构、接入方式、核心配置及相关应用等。IPv6网络克服IPv4网络的诸多弊端,对于扩充学校网络接入能力,提高网络资源的利用率,推进学校信息化建设,具有不可替代的作用。With the development of CNGI（China Next Generation Internet Demonstration Project）was formally established, marking the construction of IPv6 network in China has entered a substantive stage. Introduces the entire process of the IPv6 network construction in Nanjing Med- ical University, including the setup of its framework, access mode, the core configuration and other related applications. IPv6 network which overcomes many drawbacks of IPv4 networks, provides a better network connection and improves the utilization of network resource. IPv6 network plays an irreplacable role on campus informatization.
