农户与农民合作社的契约关系及其影响因素实证分析——基于山东省9个县(市、区)的问卷调查

摘　　要：选择山东省9个县(市、区)的100多家农民合作社理事长和农户(社员)进行问卷调查,分析农民合作社与农户的契约型合约关系及其影响因素,结果显示:当前农民合作社与农户合作的主要契约型合约关系是租用土地使用权或者雇佣农民进行耕作等生产的要素契约型,以及向农户提供技术、资金、销售或运输等方面的服务的服务契约型,而制定耕作计划、生产特定质量和数量的农产品,规定具体技术规范的商品契约型较少存在。影响双方契约型合约关系的主要因素有农户对农民合作社的认知态度、农户与农民合作社的相互信任程度以及双方的合作程度等。This study analyzed the contractual relationships between peasant co-operatives and peasants as well as relevant influencing factors based on a questionnaire survey conducted among over 100 peasant co-operative director-generals and peasants （members） in 9 counties （cities and districts） in Shandong Province. The results show that the main contractual relationship between peasant co-operatives and peasants is of a key-element type which in- volves renting the land-use right or hiring peasants to cultivate, or of service-providing type which involves providing peasants with such service as technology, capital, sales and transportation, while there exist few commodity-type contractual relationships which involve making cultivation plans, producing agricultural products of specific quality and quantity, and formulating specific technical specifications. Among the main factors that influence the bilateral contractual relationships are peasants＇ recognition and attitude toward the peasant cooperative as well as the level of mutual trust and cooperation
