摘  要:文章旨在研究EM生态益生菌发酵饲料对奶牛泌乳性能及乳品质的影响。选取体重、妊娠期、胎次、产奶量相近的健康荷斯胆奶牛30头,随机分为5组,每组6头,试验为期60 d,各组饲喂饲料量及管理均相同,对照组(CN)饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别使用发酵饲料替代10%(试验Ⅰ组)、20%(试验Ⅱ组)、30%(试验Ⅲ组)、40%(试验Ⅳ组)的基础日粮,其他管理各组均相同。结果表明:①在饲喂60 d以后,各试验组日平均产奶量较对照组均有所提高,试验Ⅲ组高达23.37 kg,分别比CN、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组提高了44.08%(P<0.01)、15.29%(P<0.05)、12.09%(P<0.05)和20.71%(P<0.05);②试验Ⅲ组在乳干物质、乳蛋白率、乳脂肪率和乳糖率方面均高于CN、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组,但差异不显著;③试验Ⅲ组每头奶牛每天纯收入为48.79元,分别比CN、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组多收入15.71元、4.93元、5.3元和9.59元,差异显著(P<0.05)。EM生态益生菌发酵饲料饲喂奶牛,可明显提高产奶量,改善乳品质,提高经济效益,其中添加30%时效果最好。With the objective to study impact of EM ecological probiotics in fermented feed on milk performance and milk quality of dairy cattle, 30 healthy Holstein cows, with similar weight, gestation period, calving number and milk yield, were selected and divided into equal 5 groups at random to take the test lasted for 60 days. During the test, feed quantity and management of each group were same; basic ration was provided to the Control Group, and fermented feeds were used in test groups, i. e. 10% in Test Group Ⅰ, 20% in Ⅱ, 30% in Ⅲ and 40% in Ⅳ respectively. According to the results after 60 days' feeding, compared with the Control Group: a. daily mean milk yield of each test group was improved, especially yield of Test Group Ⅲ reached 23.37kg, i.e. improvement rate compared with CN, Test Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅳ was 44.08% (P〈0.01), 15.29% (P〈0.05), 12.09% (P〈0.05) and 20.71% (P〈0.05) respectively; b. Test Group Ⅲ was superior to CN, Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅳ in dry matter, lactoprotein rate, fat percentage and lactose rate, but the difference was not obvious; c. net income of each cow in Test Group Ⅲ was RMB 48.79, RMB 15.71, 4.93, 5.3 and 9.59 more than that of CN, Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅳ respectively. Therefore, feed fermented with EM ecological probiotics applying to dairy cattle can obvious promote milk yield and milk quality, therefore improving economic benefit, and 30% proportion can create best performance.
