摘  要:应用PRO/E软件建立薄壁管滚珠旋压成形的三维有限元模型,有限元软件ANSYS/LSDYNA对影响滚珠旋压加工的关键工艺参数——进给比进行模拟,通过对比模拟结果,分析了进给比对薄壁管成形过程中贴模特性和扩径特性的影响及扩径的形成原因,得出合理的进给比以及进给比对薄壁管贴模特性的影响规律,为进一步研究镁合金薄壁管滚珠成形规律奠定了基础。A three-dimensional finite element model of ball spinning forming was established with PRO /E software,and one of key technical parameters which influence the machinery of ball spinning,namely feed ratio,was simulated with finite element software ANSYS /LS-DYNA. Then the influences of feed ratio on film and expanding features in the process of thin-walled tube forming were analyzed,furthermore the forming reason of expanding was also studied via the comparison of simulated results. Finally,reasonable feed ratio and influence law that on film features of thin-walled tube has been obtained,which laid a foundation on the further study of ball forming law of magnesium alloy thin-walled tube.
