摘 要:采用Solid Edge软件对镍板起重吊具进行三维实体建模,通过ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行预载荷下的模态分析,得到了起重吊具的前6阶固有频率及振型。结果表明,摆动和扭转是镍板起重吊具的主要振型,下横梁和钳腿是系统的薄弱环节。为进一步优化吊具结构、提高系统稳定性及可靠性提供了理论依据。Structure and working principle of the nickel plates lifting sling are introduced. First six natural frequencies and vibration modes are obtained by using Solid Edge software to construct a 3-D solid model of the nickel plates lifting sling,this paper studied its mode under preload through the ANSYS Workbench software.The results show that swing and torsion are main vibration types of the nickel plates lifting sling,the lower beam and clamp leg are weak links in this system. This research provides a theoretical basis for further optimization of the sling structure and improving the stability and reliability of the system.
