摘　　要：使用鲑鱼降钙素 (Salcalcitonin)治疗 36例典型骨痛病例。患者中男性 17例 ,女性 19例 ,年龄最大 72岁 ,最小 39岁 ,平均年龄 54岁。经喷鼻法给药 ,每鼻孔喷 50 IU,每天 2～ 3次 ,用药分别为 5～ 7d。观察结果表明 ,鲑鱼降钙素具有较满意的止痛效果 ,36例中 ,显效 13例 ,有效 18例 ,总有效率 86 .1%。Salcalcitonin was used to treat 36 patients who suffer from bone pain,17 men and 19 women with the average age of 54 years old, the oldest one is 72 and the youngest is 39 Salcalcitonin 50 IU was sprayed through each nose hole 2 to 3 times every day for 5 to 7 days, the results showed that the effects of Salcalcitonin in treating bone pain cases are significant and there were 13 effective cases and 18 active cases respectively. The total effective ratio is 86.1%.
