摘 要:由于功率器件本身存在的触发延时差异以及死区控制等因素的存在,在逆变器并联系统中同步的控制信号很难得到同步的输出电压,因此环流电流是普遍存在的。本文针对交流电动机驱动用SPWM逆变器并联系统中的环流问题,根据环流电流与载波相位差的关系,提出一种基于三角载波相位调节的环流抑制方法。基于载波相位调节最小原则,根据环流电流特性确定载波相位差方向,根据环流电流基波分量与载波相位差的关系确定载波相位差大小,调节相位超前的三角载波滞后一定的相位,达到抑制环流电流的目的。仿真结果验证该环流电流抑制方法的可行性。The circulating current is present generally in the parallel inverter system due to the different delay of power devices.Aiming at the circulating current of parallel inverter with SPWM modulation for AC motor drive,a restraining method of circulating current is proposed based on the relationship between the circulating current and phase difference of carrier waves in this paper.Using the principle of the minimal accommodation,the triangular carrier wave which is anterior has been accommodated laggardly according to the phase difference and the direction of triangular carrier waves,the circulating current has been restrained effectively.The results of simulation have verified the proposed method.
