摘　　要：蜗轮减速器补偿垫采用聚氨酯橡胶冲模加工,该模具设计结构紧凑、拆装方便、制造简单,冲裁出的多种规格的补偿垫零件平整、成形一致、毛刺小、严格控制了蜗轮、蜗杆的补偿间隙,使蜗轮副转动灵活。Compensation cushion of worm speed reducer was used polyurethane rubber punch die processing. The structure of mould has features of convenient tear open outfit, simple manufacturing, cutting out a variety of specifications of the compensating cushion flat parts, forming small, burr, strictly control the worm gear and worm compensation gap, which make rotation of worm gear pair flexible.
