摘 要:盐岩地层对水泥浆失水、稠化时间、抗压强度等性能有重要影响,因此浅层盐穴储气库固井常使用含盐水泥浆,但存在水泥浆超缓凝、强度低的问题,且没有理想的抗盐促凝提强外加剂。在分析水泥浆抗盐规律的基础上优化盐水浓度,降低负面效应,突出提强能力,利用超细增强材料与其它固相材料的紧密堆积促凝提强,制备了低含盐增强水泥浆体系,并开发了配套施工工艺。利用该技术成功实施了10口浅层盐穴储气库井固井,优质率井段在80%以上。目前该技术已推广到湖北云应、河南平顶山和湖南衡阳等地的盐穴储气库井固井中,质量稳定,应用前景广阔。Salt formations greatly affect water loss, thickening time and compressive strength of cement slurry and set cement. When cementing gas storage wells in salt caverns, cement slurries are used in the salt surroundings. Salt causes cementing slurry to be greatly retarded and to have reduced strength, because of lack of accelerating agent that can be used in salt environment. Study on the effect of salt on the performance of cement slurry was performed, and ultra fine strengthening agent was used in combination with other solid materials to accelerate the cement slurry. Using this technology, a low salinity enhanced cement slurry and running technique were developed. This cement slurry has successfully been used to cement 10 shallow salt cavern gas storage wells, 80% of the cemented wells has excellent cementing job quality. This technology has been widely used in Yunying in Hubei, Pingdingshan in Henan and Hengyang in Hunan.
