摘  要:综述了国外高密度微粉加重材料的室内研究与现场应用现状,分析了用微米重晶石、四氧化三锰微粉加重的高密度钻井液的优点以及存在的问题,并进一步探讨了微粉加重材料的发展趋势。国外研究应用表明,高密度微粉加重剂钻井液体系较好地解决了高密度钻井液的流变性与沉降性之间的矛盾,且还具有低摩阻、低扭矩、低循环当量密度等优点,高密度微粉加重剂已成为国外水平井、大位移井、大斜度井等复杂钻井作业的首选加重材料。This paper summarizes the laboratory research and field application from abroad of high-density micronized weighting material used in drilling fluids and analyzes the properties of high-density drilling fluids weighted with micronized barite and micronized trimanganesetetraoxide, and the development of micronized weighting material. Researches show that high-density micronized weighting agents to some extent have the potential of solving the problems of good rheology and suspension associated with high-density drilling fluid, and render drilling fluid low friction, low torque and low ECD. High-density micronized weighting material has been the first choice for use in horizontal well, extended-reach well and high-angle well in the world.
