村民委员会选举相关法律制度探析

摘　　要：村委会选举的相关法律制度是加强基层民主建设的制度基础和重要保障。由于现行的农村民主选举制度的历史还很短,缺乏历史和文化的根基,各项制度和法规还不健全,需要在实践中不断完善。对我国村民委员会选举制度的发展历程进行梳理,就村委会选举发展中暴露的法律制度不足等问题进行探讨,提出健全和完善我国村委会选举相关法律制度的建议。Legal system regarding villagers＇committee＇s elections is institutional fundation and es-sential guarantee for enhancing the construction of grassroots democracy.Due to the short histo-ry of current democratic electoral system in rural areas and lack of historical and cultural roots, various systems and regulations are inadequate,which needs to be completed during practical pro-cedures.This is to sort out the processing of electoral systems during rural elections in our coun-try,to explore the incompleted legal system exposed in the development of villagers＇committee e-lections and to propose some advice for improvement.
