商洛市城镇化问题研究

摘　　要：实施城镇化战略,是改变传统的城乡二元结构的重要依托,是中国社会走向现代化过程的必经之路。商洛市城镇化存在的主要问题是城镇化率低、规模小、农村劳动力向城镇转移的体制机制不完善、规划管理水平低、内在动力不足、环境问题较为严重,这些都影响和制约着城镇化的可持续发展。因此,推进商洛市城镇化发展的根本途径在于加快中小城镇发展、不断完善农村劳动力向城镇转移的体制机制、进一步提升城镇规划管理质量、注重产业聚集发展、加强基础设施建设、深化体制机制改建和创新、建设生态文明。The strategy of Shangluo＇s urbanization is very important to change the urban-rural dual structure. It is also inevitable to make China into modern society. The urbanization in Shangluo exists some problems, including the low rate of urbanization and the small scale, imperfect transfer system ind mechanism of rural labor force to the urban, low level management, the shortage of inner force, and the severe pollution of the environment, which all restrict the sustainable development of urbanization. In order to improve the development of urbanization in Shangluo, the constructoin of small town should be increased, the system should be improved, the effectiveness of the planning and management should be promoted, more attention should be paid to the development of the industry and improve the basic equipment, create new system and the ecosystem development.
