摘　　要：高等职业教育是为生产、建设培养全面发展的高技能人才,实现专业与行业(企业)岗位对接人才培养模式是高等职业教育"工学结合、校企合作"理念落地的核心问题。"面向行业具有复合技能的应用型营销与策划人才培养模式。"正是从高职教育的本质属性出发,培养符合企业需求,实现学生的个性发展、全面发展的专业人才。The task of higher vocational education is bring up highly skilled personnel for the society.＂work and study, school-- enterprise cooperation＂is the best way for higher vocational education development.For the connection of professional and industry （enterprise）post personnel training mode is the core of higher vocational education.＂Oriented industry with composite skills applied marketing and planning personnel training mode.＂it is from starting from the essential attribute of higher vocational education and training can fit for the demand of enterprise,realize the personality development and comprehensive development of professional talents for students.
