摘  要:本文对以哌嗪的N 乙基衍生物为原料经分子内脱水环合合成三乙烯二胺的反应进行了研究。本文筛选制备了一系列的催化剂 ,并对反应的影响因素 ,如温度 ,原料气空速和组成进行了研究。发现以含Ba2 + 的SrHOP4为催化剂在 36 0℃下 ,当粗羟乙基哌嗪的质量分数为 6 0 % ,原料气空速为 2 0 0 0h-1时 ,原料的转化率可达1 0 0 % ,三乙烯二胺的选择性为 90 %以上 ,经精馏 ,重结晶后产品纯度达The reaction of intromolecular dehydration of crude hydroxyethyl\|piperzine to synthesis triethylenediamine was studied in this paper. A series of catalysts were chosen,prepared and examined. Reaction parameters including influencing temperature,space velocity,and concentration were optimize. Thus,when SrHOP\-4 containing Ba 2+ was empolyed as catalyst,the concentration of crude hydroxyethyl\|piperazine was 60%,the space velocity of raw material gas was 2 000 h -1 and under 360℃,the conversation of the material reached up to 100% and the selectivity of triethylenediamine is above 90%. After distillation and recrystallization of the obtained reaction mixture the purity was over 99%.
