摘 要:一种不含 NO2 - 、NO3- 、Cl O3- 和 Ni2 + 、Mn2 + 等有害物质的常温磷化液 ,是以磷酸二氢锌为主盐 ,并选择多种高效无毒的促进剂 ,如钼酸盐和有机络合物三乙醇胺 (TEA)、柠檬酸 (CIT)等经优化组合而成的。实验表明 ,钢铁在该磷化液中所形成的磷化膜薄且致密 ,耐蚀性能优良 ,溶液性能稳定 ,使用寿命长 ,环境污染少 ,原材料易得 ,综合成本低廉 。A room temperature phosphating solution with out harmful substances such as NO 2 -、NO 3 -、ClO 3 -、Ni 2+ and Mn 2+ etc was composed of Zn (H 2PO 4) 2 as main component, TEA, CIT etc as organic complexing agents and several nontoxic high quality promoters such as molybdateetc Experimental results showed that, using this phosphating solution, the phosphating coating on steel was fine and had good corrosion resistance Its performance was stable for long time use and pollution was low The substances were easy to get and the cost was low So it is worthy to be applied and disseminated
