皮肤提紧联合自体脂肪填充在面部年轻化中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一种高效的面部年轻化手术技术。方法选择40～60岁面部老化女性求美者60例，实施短切口皮肤提紧术和高纯度自体脂肪填充术。分为I期手术组（35例）和分期手术组（25例），于术后6个月评价疗效。结果本组共60例求美者接受两种手术治疗后，均获得面部年轻化效果。术后6个月随访时，I期手术组总满意率82．9％，分期手术组满意率80．0％，两组差异无统计学意义。所有求美者无手术感染和皮下硬结并发症发生。结论皮肤提紧术和自体脂肪填充术联合应用能取得理想的面部年轻化效果；I期完成手术能减轻求美者痛苦并节约时间，更易被求美者所接受。Objective To explore an effective technique for facial rejuvenation. Methods Sixty cases of 40 to 60 years women with aged facial skin were performed the skin lifting and autologous fat grafting selected through short incision. The patients were divided into two groups; the primary surgery group （35 cases） and the staged surgery group （25 patients）. The final results were evaluated at 6 months after surgery. Results All 60 patients obtained facial rejuvenation effects postoperatively. After 6 months follow-up, total satisfaction rate was 82.9% in primary surgery group, while it was 80% in staged surgery group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. All patients healed without complications such as surgical infections or sub- cutaneous indurations. Conclusion Satisfactory effects can be achieved for facial rejuvenation by skin lifting combined with autologous fat grafting via primary stage surgery through short incision.
