水基防蜡降粘剂HJ-2的研制

摘　　要：通过表面活性剂的复配 ,研制出一种具有防蜡和降粘双重功能的HJ - 2型水基防蜡降粘剂。实验结果表明 ,所制得的产品为乳白色奶状液体 ,属水包油型的乳状液。在室温下 ,凝固点低于 - 2 2℃ ,稳定性大于 30天 ,在原油中添加 3‰时 ,其防蜡率达到 6 3 4% ,降粘率为 34 1%Through of complexing surface active agent,we can prepare HJ-2 water emulsifiable paraffin inhibtor and viscosity inhibttor which was the function of paraffin inhibttor and viscosity inhibitor. By results of test,the product is white milky liquid,it is milky liquid of oil.Under room temperature,its freexing-point<-22℃,staoility >30 days,when added 3‰ in crude oil,its paraffin inhibitor can reach 63.4%,viscosity inhibitor is 34.1%.
