摘　　要：研制了一种以咪唑啉缓蚀剂为主复配的XQ多功能缓蚀剂 ,对碳钢在盐酸酸洗液中有很好的缓蚀、抑雾、促洗等作用。采用恒电位以测量腐蚀极化曲线 ;用腐蚀失重法测量平均腐蚀速率 ;用酸雾测定装置测定抑雾率。结果表明 ,缓蚀率可达 99.6 % ,抑雾率达 85% ,促洗作用显著 ,且酸耗降低 11%以上 。A Newly developed multi-functional inhibitor consisting mainly of imidazoline was described.The inhibitor had positive effects on the anti-acid fuming and the corrosion inihbition of A3 steel in HCl solution.The weight loss testing results showed that the inhibiting rate and anti-acid fuming rate could be 99.6% and 85% respectively.
