农民工型白领社会融合问题及其影响因素分析

摘  要:农民工型白领是指14岁前生活在农村,目前在企事业单位从事专业技术、教育、管理和文职工作并在工作城市生活的群体。通过2008CGSS数据,对农民工型白领群体的社会融合状况进行多元线性回归方程模型分析,社会融合分为心态融合、经济融合、社会交往融合、自我身份认同、城市情感五个维度。研究表明,工作收入感知、政治关系感知、与同事关系、认识正确的人的重要性、所属阶级、薪水满意度、与老板上司关系、联系非同住家人数和教育年限等因素对不同维度的社会融合产生显著影响。为了进一步实现社会融合,应采取加强双向互动性、政府干预防范人才外流、多维度社会融合等措施。Migrant white - collar workers are the people who lived in the rural areas before the age of 14 and currently engage in professional technology, education, management or clerical work in enterprises and habitat in cities. According to the 2008 CGSS data, we conduct multivariate linear regression model to analyze migrant white-collar workers' social integration. Social integration is divided into five dimensions, covering mental integration, economic integration, integration of social interaction, self-identity and city emotion. Studies have shown that factors such as income from work perception, perception of political relations, relationships with colleagues, importance of recognizing right people, social class, salary satisfaction, relationships with bosses, years of education, have a significant impa'ct on different dimensions of social inte- gration. In order to achieve further social integration, solutions should be taken, such as strengthening two- way interactivity, enhancing government intervention to prevent brain drain and realizing multi - dimensional social integration.
