摘 要:微表处养护技术在广泛应用的同时仍然存在着噪声过大、抗松散性能不足、耐久性差的缺点,制约着微表处养护技术更好地应用。针对微表处噪声过大,配合比设计不够完善的问题,提出了低噪微表处的矿料级配以及矿料级配优化设计方法——堆积密度法。室内试验表明,矿料在振实状态下的堆积密度越大,低噪微表处的湿轮磨耗值越小,负荷轮黏附砂量越大,即微表处混合料的技术性能越好。研究成果在广西坛(洛)—百(色)高速公路2012年养护工程中得到了应用,现场测试结果表明,该项目所采用的低噪微表处具有低噪、平整密实、抗滑性能优越、使用性能优良等优点。Micro-surfacing maintenance technology has its own shortcomings, such as high noise, lack of anti-looseness and quality durability which restrict the development of this technology although it has been widely used. In view of the problem of too much noise and imperfect mix proportion design of micro- surfacing, we proposed the mineral aggregate gradation of low-noise micro-surfacing and an aggregate gradation optimization design method--bulk density method. Laboratory test shows that the larger the aggregate tap bulk density is, the lower the wet track abrasion loss at low noise micro-surfacing, and the larger the adhering sand amount of the load wheel is ( the better the technical characteristic of micro-surfacing mixture is). The research result have been applied in Tanluo-Baise expressway maintenance project in Guangxi in 2012. The field test result shows that the low-noise micro-surfacing in this project presents the advantages of low noise, smooth, dense, superior skidding resistance performance and excellent road performance.
