摘 要:变电站中的接地网通常由数千根圆钢(或扁钢)导体以焊接的形式相互搭接而成,并长期埋设在变电站多样的土壤环境中,只有定期对其健康状况进行检测才能保障电力系统的安全运行。因圆钢导体间搭接的结构方式复杂,使超声导波在接地网检测工程中的应用面临巨大挑战。为了进一步研究超声导波在接地网圆钢结构中的传播规律,分别对折弯和水平搭接两种复杂的圆钢结构进行仿真,分析出各主要参数对磁致伸缩超声导波传播特性的影响。最后通过检测实验对仿真分析结果进行验证,验证结果表明,导波在经过圆钢的不同搭接结构处时会发生不同程度的反射,出现相应的回波信息,这一传播特性为接地网超声导波的无损检测提供了有力的技术支撑。Grounding network in substation is usually overlapped as welding form by thousands of round steel or flat steel conductors and buried in varied soil environment for a long time. Only detecting health state of the grounding network at fixed period can it ensure safe operation of the power system. For reason of complicated overlapping structure, there may be facing great challenge in applying ultrasonic guided-wave in grounding network detection engineering. For further studying propagation law of ultrasonic guide-wave in round steel structure of the grounding network, this paper discusses simulation on two kinds of complicate round steel structures including bending structure and level overlapping structure. The verification result indicates that the guided-wave may occur reflection of different degrees when going through different overlapping lo- cation of the round steel and related echo information. This propagation characteristic of the ultrasonic guided-wave may provide strong technical support for lossless detection for grounding network.
