摘  要:针对传统动态无功优化存在的问题,提出一种动态无功优化问题的实用化模型。该模型从控制设备动作次数定义出发,通过预优化后,将全天设备动作次数约束分解为每时段的设备动作次数约束,从而将完整的动态无功优化模型转化成与常规单个时间断面的静态无功优化模型相同的表达形式;利用内嵌罚函数的非线性原对偶内点法作为其优化算法。采用IEEE118节点系统作为算例来验证该模型的正确性,计算结果表明所提模型能在满足最大允许动作次数约束的前提下获得优化解,且可以明显提高计算速度。Aiming existing problems of traditional dynamic reactive power optimization, this paper proposes a kind of practi- cal model for dynamic reactive power optimization. Based on action times definition of controlled devices and after being preconditioned optimization, this model is feasible to decompose action times constraints of all-day devices into action times constraints of time interval devices. Thereby, it is able to convert the complete dynamic reactive power optimization model into the same expression form of static reactive optimization model of common single time section. Meanwhile, this model u- ses non-linear primal-dual interior point method of embedded penalty function as its optimization algorithm. By using IEEE 118 node system as example, this paper verifies veracity of this model and the calculation result shows that the proposed model is able to get optimization solution in the context of satisfying maximum allowed action times constraints and in addition, it is able to obviously improve calculation speed.
