杂多酸(12-钨磷酸)的研制及其在聚四甲撑醚二醇(PTMEG)合成中的应用

摘　　要：采用活性钨酸与稀磷酸作用直接制备12-钨磷酸。该制备工艺过程具有安全、产率高、简便、易工业化等特点。12-钨磷酸作为工业催化剂,进行四氢呋喃开环聚合合成聚四甲撑醚二醇(PT-MEG),取得了良好的结果。The new process of direct manufacturing 12-tungstophos-phoric acid is based on reaction of active tungstic acid and phosphoric acid, which is characterized by safety, high yield, simplicity, low cost and easy commercialization. As a commercial catalyst, 12-tungstophosphoric acid can substitute strong corrosive catalysts, such as fluorosulfonic acid, perchloric acid, fuming sulfuric acid which are used in the synthesis of polytetrameth-ylene ether glycol ( PTMEG) . The process is simple and has no ' three wastes' pollution. Quality of the product is high and catalysts can be recycled.
