摘　　要：随着有机粘结剂的大量使用,铸造生产中会产生大量的有机废气,不仅造成了对环境的污染,同时也会对人的身体健康造成一定的影响,逐步受到业内人士的关注。采用行之有效的方法解决铸造生产过程中产生的有机废气污染问题,将成为铸造行业面临的一个重要课题。介绍了铸造生产中有机废气产生的途径及治理现状,石油、化工等行业用于治理有机废气污染的方法,对铸造生产有机废气治理方法进行了展望。With the extensive use of organic binder,large amounts of organic waste gases produced in foundry,not only cause the pollution to the environment,but also have a certain influence on people＇s health,and gradually come attention to the professionals.The effective methods to solve the problem of organic waste gas pollution in casting production will be an important subject in the foundry industry.This article introduces the way of organic waste gas in casting production and the current situation of pollution control,the methods of treatment of organic waste gas pollution in petroleum,chemical and other industries,and prospects the methods of organic waste gas treatment in foundry.
