摘 要:破碎机上壳体铸件的原工艺是采用刮板+组芯的造型方式,常出现尺寸超差严重、砂芯缝隙较大、易掉砂等问题。为了提高破碎机上壳体的工序质量,便于现场操作,根据上壳体的结构将工艺改为空心实样造型的方式,同时采用计算机模拟软件对工艺进行仿真计算,验证冒口的补缩效果,同时增加外冷铁激冷等措施。工艺改进后,生产的上壳体铸件质量明显提高,为生产同类铸件提供了宝贵的经验。The original technology of crusher upper housing is template +core moulding,some defects often appear during production,such as dimension out-of-tolerance,wide crack,and sand drop.In order to improve the quality of casting,on-site operating convenience,the hollow natural pattern moulding was adopted on the basis of the structure of casting,the process was simulated to test the effect of riser feeding,meanwhile the extemal chill was put.After process improvement,the quality of casting was increased obviously,which provide valuable experience for future production of similar castings.
