原发性高血压患者同型半胱氨酸与血压变异性的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察高血压病患者血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平与血压变异性的变化，探讨其与高血压病的相关性。方法选择住院高血压病患者共40例，健康志愿者40例，所有病例均检测血清Hey，行24小时动态血压监测。结果高血压病患者Hcy水平及血压变异性较对照组明显增高（P〈0．05）；高Hcy组24h24h收缩压变异（SSD）、白昼收缩压变异（dSSD）和舒张压变异（dDSD）、夜间收缩压变异（nSSD）高于正常Hcy组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论Hcy是高血压病的危险因素，在高血压病患者中同型半胱氨酸增高可能加重血压变异性。Objective To observe the changes of serum homocysteine levels in patients with hypertension and blood pressure variability and investigate its relationship with hypertension. Methods Forty hospitalized patients with hy- pertension and forty healthy persons were included in the study. The levels of serum homoeysteine（Hey） and 24 hour am- bulatory blood pressure monitoring were detected in the all cases. Results The Hey serum level and the blood pressure variability in patients with hypertension were significantly higher than those of the healthy cases（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The 24 hSSD, dSSD and dDSD, nSSD of higher Hey group were higher than the normal Hcy group, the differences were statistically signif- icant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Hcy may be a risk factor of hpertension, and may increase the blood pressure variability in patients with hypertension.
