腔内激光结合高位结扎剥脱术在下肢静脉曲张治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨腔内激光结合高位结扎剥脱术在下肢静脉曲张治疗中的应用。方法122例下肢静脉曲张患者随机分为两组，观察组61例（76条肢体），对照组61例（78条肢体），观察组患者采用腔内激光结合高位结扎剥脱术治疗，对照组采用传统高位结扎剥脱术治疗，观察两组的疗效及并发症。结果手术后观察组总显效率为98．9％，对照组为89．7％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），随访3～6个月，观察组并发症发生率为9．2％；对照组并发症发生率为26．9％。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论腔内激光结合高位结扎剥脱术治疗下肢静脉曲张疗效显著，并发症少。Objective To study the application of endovenous laser combined with high ligation endarterectomy in the treatment of varicose veins. Methods Totally 122 cases of varicose veins were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 61 patients （76 limbs） and the control group of 61 patients （78 limbs）. The observation group were treated with endovenous laser treatment combined with high ligation and stripping, the control group using conventional endarterectomy treatment. The efficacy and complications were observed. Results Post-operative the total effective rate was 98.9% in the observation group and 89.7% in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Followed-up 3-6 months in the observation group 61 cases （76 limbs） complication rate was 9. 2% ; Control group of 61 patients （78 limbs） complication rate was 26.9%. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, a statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Endovenous laser treatment combined with high ligation and stripping of varicose veins is significant effect, with few complications.
