摘 要:目的研究军队院校培养专业技术人才的人际信任状况及其影响因素,为有针对性地开展国防人才心理卫生工作提供理论依据。方法随机整群抽取某军队院校为基层部队培养的755名专业技术人才进行人际信任量表、领悟性社会支持量表和一般自我效能量表进行测评研究。结果专业技术人才是否在经常参加文体活动的人际信任得分有显著性差异(F=84.831,P<0.01),父母文化水平对其人际信任水平的影响有显著性差异(F=13.200,P<0.01)。专业技术人才人际信任总分与领悟性社会支持总分及两个因子、自我效能感呈显著负相关(r=-0.214,-0.206,-0.191,-0.118;P<0.01);与文化程度、父亲文化程度呈显著正相关(r=0.092,0.081;P<0.05)。领悟性社会支持、自我效能感、文化程度、父亲文化程度是影响专业岗位人才人际信任状况的重要因素。结论自我效能感、社会支持、文化程度、父亲文化程度对军队院校培养专业技术人才人际信任具有一定的预测作用。Objective To explore interperspnal trust status of technical talents in militory academies and its influencing factors, and provide the theoretical basis for carrying out mental health work in defense personnel. Methods The study involved a total of 755 men from the military academy who were to train professional and technical personnel for grassroots units by random, cluster sampling, Interpersonal Trust Scale(ITS) , Perceived Social Support Scale( PSSS), and General Self-efficacy Scale (GSC)were used for evaluation. Resuits There were significant differences in scores of interpersonal trust between the men who were not participated in recreational and sports activities and the men who often attended sports activities( F = 84. 831 ,P 〈 0.01 ). The educational level of parents had an important impact on the level of inter personal trust( F = 13. 200, P 〈 0, 01 ). Interpersonal trust score was negativeby correlated with sores of perceived social support and self-efficacy (r =-0.214,-,0. 206,-0. 191,-0.118;P 〈 0.01 ), positively correlated with the degree of edu- cation and father's degree of education ( r = 0. 092,0.081 ; P 〈 0.05 ). Perceived social support, self-efficacy, degree of education level were important factors that influenced the professional personnel of interpersonal trust. Conclusion Self-efficacy, social support, degree of education and fathers degree of education can predict the interpersonal trust of technical talents in military academies.
