认知偏差与生存质量:应对方式的中介作用和宗教的调节作用

摘　　要：目的探讨应对方式、认知偏差、生存质量间的关系及宗教信仰在其中的调节作用。方法采用生存质量测定量表简表、功能失调性态度问卷、特质应对方式问卷调查1177名大学生。结果①通过皮尔逊相关分析,认知总分及其各维度与生存质量及其各维度呈显著负相关(-0.19≤r≤-0.42,P<0.05);②生存质量及其各维度与消极应对呈显著负相关(-0.35≤r≤-0.51,P<0.05),与积极应对呈显著正相关(0.31≤r≤0.51,P<0.05);③认知偏差、生存质量、应对方式构建的结构方程模型拟合度较好(r=0.07,P<0.05,RMSEA<0.05,GFI>0.9,NFI>0.9,RFI>0.9);④有明确宗教信仰的大学生认知偏差与生存质量存在负相关(r=-0.60),无宗教信仰的大学生认知偏差与生存质量存在正相关(r=0.14)。结论①应对方式与认知偏差、生存质量存在显著相关性;②应对方式在认知偏差与生存质量之间起部分中介作用;③宗教在认知偏差和生存质量之间起调节作用。Objective To explore the effect of coping styles and religious beliefs on the relation of cognitive bias and quality of life. Methods A total of 1177 college students in Guangzhou completed the Quality of Life - Abbreviated version, Dysfunctional Attitudes Scales,Trait Coping Style Questionnaire. Results （1） Cognitive scores and its various dimensions were negatively correlated with quality of life and its various dimensions （-0.19 ≤ r ≤-0.42, P 〈 0.05 ） ;（2）The quality of life and its various dimensions were negatively correla- ted with the negative coping （ -0. 35 ≤ r ≤ -0. 51, P 〈 0. 05 ）, and positively correlated with positive coping （0. 31≤ r ≤ 0. 51, P 〈 0.05 ） ; （3） A structure equation model consisted of cognitive biases, quality of survival, coping styles and it had a better degree of fitting（ r = 0.07 ,P 〈 0.05 ,RMSEA 〈 0. 05, GFI 〉 0.9, NFI 〉 0. 9, RFI 〉 0. 9） ; （4）Cognitive bias was negatively correlated with quality of life in religious col.lege students （ r = -0.60） and positively correlated with quality of life in unreligious college students （ r = 0.14）. Conclusion （1） Coping styles has a significant correlation with cognitive bias and quality of life;（2）Coping styles plays an partial intermediary role between cognitive bias and quality of life;（3）Religion plays an moderating role between cognitive bias and quality of life.
