摘  要:为了探讨外源ABA对结缕草在低温胁迫抗性中的作用,以盆栽结缕草叶片喷施5.0、10.0、15.0 m g/L ABA及根部浇灌相应浓度ABA后,在8℃/5℃(昼温/夜温)低温胁迫下,分别于低温胁迫0、1、2、3、4 d测定叶片相关生理参数。结果表明:3种浓度ABA处理均能提高叶片蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)和蔗糖合成酶(SS)酶的活性,提高叶片可溶性总糖、叶绿素含量和相对含水量,降低叶片相对电导率及丙二醛(M D A)含量,减轻低温胁迫对结缕草的伤害,其中以10 m g/L处理的效果最好。说明施用外源ABA可以提高叶片蔗糖合成酶的活性,促进蔗糖的合成,降低细胞水势,提高细胞的保水能力,从而加强结缕草对低温胁迫的抗性。To explore the effects of exogenous Abscisic acid (ABA) treatment on chilling resistance of Zoysia japoni- ca, 35-40 days seedlings were treated with chilling tress and coupled sprayed with different contents of ABA, and relative physiological parameters were measured in leaves and roots after different treatment times. The results indi- cated that compared to 0.0, 5.0, 15.0 mg/L ABA, treated with 10.0 mg/L ABA could markedly improved the leaves of relative water content, total soluble sugar after treated with chilling stress, and decreased relative electrical conduc- tivity and Malondialdehyde (MDA) content in leaves, and also improved activities of SPS and SS in leaves and the activity of TCC in roots. Meanwhile, treated with 10.0 mg/L ABA could increase the activities of SPS and SS may im- prove the content of total soluble sugar and decrease relative water potential in the leaves. These results shown that treat with 10.0 mg/L ABA can alleviate the negative injuries and enhance the resistance to chilling stress.
