摘  要:目的:探讨不同空气消毒方法对供应室无菌区空气消毒效果。方法:采用现场实验法应用紫外线或空气消毒洁净器分别对相同的供应室无菌区(A间和B间)进行空气消毒,比较消毒效果。结果:消毒前A间与B间空气采样细菌培养菌落数相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);消毒结束和消毒后30 min、60 min和120 min,B间空气采样细菌培养菌落数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消毒结束时,空气消毒洁净器消毒可使空气中自然菌消亡率达到97.58%,而紫外线对空气中自然菌的消亡率为91.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫外线或空气消毒洁净器对供应室无菌区空气消毒均能达到国家要求,但是空气消毒洁净器效果更好,消毒后空气中细菌总数回升缓慢。Objective:To investigate the sterilization effects of different air sterilization methods on the air in the sterile area of supply room .Method:The sterile area ( room A and room B ) of a supply room was air-sterilized by ultraviolet irradiation and an air disinfection cleaner by field experimentation method respec-tively, and the sterilization effects were compared .Result:Before sterilization , the counts of cultured bacteri-al colony of bacteria sampled from the air of room A and room B were similar , and the difference was statisti-cally insignificant ( P〉0.05);In 0min, 30min, 60min and 120min after sterilization, the counts of cultured bacterial colony of bacteria sampled from the air of room B were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).At the end of sterilization, the death rate of the natural bacteria in the air sterilized by the air disinfection cleaner reached 97.58%, while that steri-lized by ultraviolet irradiation was 91.62%, and the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05).Con-clusion:Air sterilizations of the sterile area of a supply room by ultraviolet irradiation and an air disinfection cleaner can both meet the national requirements , but the effects of an air disinfection cleaner are better , and the total bacterial count in the air sterilized by an air disinfection cleaner rebounds more slowly .
