摘 要:对AZ31B镁合金进行阳极氧化成膜处理,电解液主要成分为硅酸钠、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠和添加剂D。通过正交试验分析了电流密度、通电时间和反应温度三个因素对镁合金表面阳极氧化成膜过程、膜层性能的影响,用金相显微镜、开路电位、交流阻抗测试对成膜质量进行评价。结果表明,在确定的电解液中,电流密度对镁合金成膜质量影响最大。镁合金阳极氧化最佳工艺条件:Jκ为1.5A/dm2、θ为25℃、通电t为35min,所得的阳极氧化膜完整、光滑,且耐腐蚀性能较好。A conversion film was formed on AZ 31 B magnesium alloy by an electrochemical anodic oxida- tion method in an electrolyte solution which containing Na2 SiO3, NaOH, sodium citrate and additive D. Influences of current density, power-on time and reaction temperature on forming process and properties of the conversion film were investigated by orthogonal tests. The film was evaluated by metaloscope, open circuit potential and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests. Results showed that current density had the largest influence on film quality in the mentioned electrolyte , and the optimal experimental condition for the electrochemical anodic oxidation of AZ31B magnesium could be summarized as follows: current density was 1.5 A/dm2, reaction time was 35 min. and reaction temperature was 25 ℃. Conver- sion film obtained at the optimal condition was intact, smooth and had good anticorrosion performance.
