摘 要:汉江支流堵河上的小璇水电站是潘口水电站的反调节电站,为了减小该电站的移民规模和淹没损失,同时使发电效益最大化,确定合理的选址方案至关重要。分别从地质条件、枢纽布置、库区保护、施工条件、运行管理情况和经济指标等方面,比较了位于潘口乡上、中、下游的3种坝址方案。最终确定上坝址结合下游河床疏挖的优化方案。综合分析表明,该方案可有效增加发电水头并改善下游河段行洪条件,同时避开了对潘口乡的淹没影响,经济指标也满足要求。Xiaoxuan Hydropower Station is the reregulating station of Pankou Hydropower Station. In order to reduce the reset-tlement scale and inundation loss of Xiaoxuan Hydropower Station and maximize the generation profit at the same time, the site-selection scheme should by selected reasonably. 3 site schemes at upstream, midstream and downstream of Pankou town were compared from the aspects of geological condition, general layout of hydro-junction, reservoir area protection, construction condition, operation management and economic index and the scheme of upper site combined with downstream riverbed dredging was determined. The hydraulics and model test showed that the generating head can be increased and the flood releasing condition of downstream river channel can be improved, and the inundation loss of Pankou County can be avoid as well by upper site scheme. The economic index also met the requirement.
