摘 要:在水杨酸-苯酚-甲醛(122)树脂合成中加入马来酸二丁酯(DBM),研究了其用量对树脂强度、交换容量、形貌等的影响。通过红外光谱、热重分析等手段对树脂进行分析,探讨加入DBM引起强度变化原因。结果表明,合成中加入4wt%DBM,最终所得到的树脂交换容量不变,强度可由47%提高至94%;虽然添加的DBM部分存在于树脂内部,但提升强度的主要原因是其使树脂出现大孔结构。Dibutyl maleate (DBM) was added during the synthesis process of salicylic acid-phenol-formaldehyde (122) resin. The effect of amount of DBM on strength, exchange capacity, and morphological structure of 122-resin was researched based on orthogonal experiments, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetry. The experimental results showed that the strength of DBM-122-resin could be improved obviously from 47% to 94%, exchange capacity was unchanged, and macroporous structure appeared when adding amount of DBM was 4wt%. The main reason of improvement of strength of resin was the emergence of macroporous structure introduced by adding DBM, and only small part of DBM could be determined in the resin.
