摘　　要：报告两例单纯性下腔静脉异位病例,说明异位的下腔静脉位置及相邻关系的变化,提示腹部手术时应重视可能异位静脉的存在,以免伤及下腔静脉引起严重后果。This paper reports two cases of pure variant inferior vena cava and illustrates the variation of the inferior vena cava position and the neighboring relationships. It will be a guide for the abdominal surgeries to avoid damaging the variant inferior vena cava and leading to the unanticipated serious consequences.
