苗侗药龙芽草外植体消毒技术的初探

摘　　要：为促进苗侗药龙芽草的保护及开发利用,以龙芽草植株为外植体,进行龙芽草组织培养中消毒方法的研究.结果表明：将外植体在75％酒精中浸泡30 s,0.1％升汞溶液消毒5 min,无菌水冲洗5～6次消毒效果最好,成活率较高.Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb was used as explants for the study of disinfection method in tissue cuhure to protect and develop Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. The results showed that the disinfection effect was best and the survival rates for explants were higher,when they were immersed in 75 % of alcohol for 30 seconds, and then disinfected by 0.1% of mercuric chloride solution for 5 minutes, and finally rinsed for 5 - 6 times with sterile water.
