摘 要:对某型火炮提前关闩问题原因进行了深入的分析与研究,明确了该故障产生的机理,同时针对该型火炮开闩锁止机构设计缺陷,提出改进技术方案与措施,提高了该型火炮开关闩机构在复杂工作条件下的可靠性。通过大量模拟弹供弹试验和实弹射击试验验证后,该故障再未复现,深层次隐患彻底消除,对于该型火炮尽快形成战斗力,提高全炮性能具有重要意义。The deepgoing analysis and study of a certain type of gun for the breechblock early closing problem reason were carried out,and the generated mechanism of the failure was defined,at the same time,aimed at the design flaws of this type of gun breechblock opening and lock-up mechanisms,the improved technical solutions and measures were presented to improve the reliability of the gun breechblock opening and closing mechanisms under the complex operating conditions.After the verification,through a large number of simulation tests and the live-fire tests,the fault did not repeat,and the deeper trouble problem was thoroughly eliminated.The study results have the important significance for this type of gun to form the combat effectiveness as soon as possible and improve the whole gun performances.
