摘  要:本工程基坑地处沿海城市中心,基坑开挖面积大,深度深,为城市老城片区并紧邻海边护岸和码头,属原港湾潮间带,土层起伏变化特别大,软弱土层(填土、淤泥)深厚处达15.4m,中微风化基岩面较浅处离现有地面仅3m;地下水位高且与外围海水联系紧密,地下水量非常丰富,除此之外基坑周边条件又极其复杂并埋设有各种地下管线。因此,针对如此面积大、开挖深度深的紧邻沿海基坑,基坑围护结构及止水帷幕等关键工序施工质量的好坏将直接决定基坑能否顺利开挖及周边环境的安全,本文阐述了该超大深基坑施工过程中各关键工序的质量控制保证措施,确保了基坑的施工质量及基坑支护功能的顺利完成。The Excavation was in a inter - tidal harbor center zone of Coastal city, which was large, deep and close to the seaside revetment and dock in the old city area. The soil had quite large Change that the thickness of soft soil layer ( fill, silt) was up to 15.4 m, also the buried depth of breeze granite rock - face was only 3 meter from the existing ground. The buried depth of groundwater was shallow, which is closely linked to Peripheral water. It was also rich in underground water. The surroundings around the Excavation were extremely complex, which had all kinds of buried underground pipeline. So, that the quality of the key working procedure in the retaining and protection structure was in good control is very important, and decided whether to successful excavate and the safety of the surrounding environment. This paper expounds the process of quality control of the key working procedure in construction of this large and deep excavation.
