摘  要:目的观察大鼠肾脉管系统的分布特点,为尿液形成和蛋白质等大分子物质重吸收机制的分析及肾病的临床治疗提供形态学依据。方法通过HE染色和5′-核苷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶酶组织化学双重染色相对比,对大鼠肾组织结构进行光镜观察。结果观察发现在肾小管周围分布有大量毛细淋巴管。结论推测肾小管液内的蛋白质等大分子物质,可能通过淋巴管道重吸收。Objective To observe on structural characteristics and function of nephridial tissue in the rat , in order to discuss and study correlation at morphology between structural characteristics and functional significance , to reveal the architectural feature of its vascular system , to offer the morphological evidences for the the structural foundations of producting of the urine and reabsorption of the protein , or to treat the degenerative nephritis at the clinic .Methods The frozen sections of SD rats were stained with H-E and its adjacent sections with 5′-Nase-ALPase , we could observe the normal microstructure of the nephridial tissue by light microscope . Results There are many distributions of lymphatic capillaries around renal tubule . Conclusion Indicade that macromolecular substance as protein in renal tubule is probably reabsorbed by lymphatic vessels .
