中国钢铁工业生产消费地空间耦合分析

摘　　要：利用探索性空间数据分析(ESDA)分析了目前我国各省份的钢铁工业空间布局现状,利用ArcGIS的热点分析工具对钢铁工业空间布局与消费市场地的耦合状况进行分析。我国钢铁工业布局的空间集聚性呈现出缓慢下降的趋势;钢材产地主要集中于华东和华北地区,钢材的消费市场主要集中在华东和华北地区,从生产消费地空间耦合程度上看,吉林和内蒙古的钢材生产和消费市场的空间耦合度最高,辽宁、河北和山东的耦合度最低。最后,分析了钢铁工业空间集聚性下降的原因,并根据钢材生产消费耦合程度提出各省份钢铁工业企业布局优化的对策。This paper review the evolution process of the development of Chinese steel industry, considering the background of the current industry strategy space layout adjustment and structure upgrading, probe into the spa- tial distribution pattern of the Chinese steel industry production and marketing at present using exploratory spatial data analysis （ ESDA）, and analyze the coupling conditions of the steel industry＇ s spatial layout and its consumer market using the hotspot analysis method of the GIS. The study found that the spatial aggregation of the layout of China＇ s iron and steel industry is showing a further downward trend, and the steel production is mainly concentrated in the East China and North China region, and the steel industry＇ s consumer market is mainly concentrated in the East and Southern China region. The degree of spatial coupling between the steel industry and the mainly consumer market is the highest in Jilin and Inner Mongolia, and t is the lowest in Liaoning, Hebei and Shandong. This paper analyzes the reasons for this situation, and put forward the idea of the layout of the steel industry that can relieve of excess capacity and capacity planning.
