摘　　要：整合素作为黏附分子家族的成员,在常见的妇科疾病及生殖健康领域中发挥着重要作用。已有研究发现整合素与卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜异位症、宫颈癌、滋养细胞疾病及相关生殖领域的关系密切。近年来关于整合素的研究不仅对妇科肿瘤的预防、诊治、预后产生重要的意义,同时为优生优育提供了科学有利的指导。综述整合素在妇科疾病及相关生殖领域中的作用。Integrin, a member of the adhesion molecule family, plays an important role in the common gynecological diseases and reproductive health. Integrin was found to be related to ovarian cancer ,endometrial cancer,endometriosis,cervical cancer,trophoblast cells diseases,and reproductive diseases. The research on integrin is benefit for prevention,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of gynecological diseases,as well as reproductive health and aristogenesis. In this paper,the function of integrin in the field of gynecologic diseases was reviewed.
