我国现代远程教育政策发展述评

摘　　要：1999年国家实施现代远程教育工程以来,我国在远程教育政府规制方面进行了大量实践。通过梳理我国现代远程教育政策法规的发展历程,并从定位、目标、管理、监督、可行性、存在的问题等多个角度对政策法规的有关内容进行简要述评,希望对我国现代远程教育试点工作有所帮助。Since the implementation of the National Modem Distance Education Project in 1999, China has conducted a lot of practice in terms of government regulation of distance education. This paper combs the development process of policies and regulations of China＇s modern distance education, and briefly reviews the policies and regulations related content from the perspective of positioning, objectives, management, supervision, feasibility, problems and so on, hoping that it can be helpful to the pilot work of China＇s modern distance education.
